In order to meet our own quality standards, we prepare our dishes as fresh as possible.
We pay particular attention to seasonality in order to be able to use fresh ingredients.
Enjoy all kinds of our homemade specialities in one of our antique farmhouse parlours or on our terrace with a breathtaking view of the Sexten Sundial. See for yourself what our young chef team Andreas and Johanna lovingly create from the many in-house products. That's why the menu changes according to availability and season.
All kinds of South Tyrolean delicacies such as goulash with South-Tyrolean dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen, various South-Tyrolean dumplings, apple strudel or Kaiserschmarrn are served up. In 2019, we received the award for Farm Tavern of the Year.

We pay particular attention to seasonality in order to be able to use fresh ingredients.
REGIONAL
Ingredients that we do not produce ourselves on the farm are sourced as closely as possible from selected South Tyrolean farms.
This way we protect the environment and at the same time we know where our products come from.
SUSTAINABLE
Our beef and pork come 100% from our animals, which we lovingly breed.
We raise the Original Tyrolean Grey, a cattle breed that is dying out, which we value above all for the tenderness of its meat. We also grow many herbs, berries and vegetables.
HOMEMADE
We also offer breakfast for early risers, please let us know one day in advance.
Hay-milk from our cows, eggs from our own chickens, various juices (apple juice, homemade blackcurrant juice, elderflower juice) and fresh spring water from our own spring.
Homemade fruit spreads made from sun-ripened fruits such as strawberries, forest fruits, apricots, plums, elderflower jelly, honey from local beekeepers.
Speck, Kaminwurzen, smoked beef, cooked speck, farmhouse salami, all from our own production, give breakfast a special touch.
We will also spoil you with various types of cheese and butter from the Sexten cheese dairy. Something unique is the homemade fresh hay milk cheese and yoghurt as well as our sweet pastries and fresh fruit.
Every day except Sundays we serve fresh bread from our bakery Happacher in Sexten/Moos. On Sundays we bake the farmer's bread in the old bread oven, in which our great-grandmother has already baked the bread.
Various mueslis and homemade chocolate cream will make children's hearts beat faster. There are also different kinds of tea, fruit and herbal teas directly from the herb garden, as well as coffee and cocoa.

In the evening, the young kitchen team Andreas & Johanna will spoil you with a three-course menu of mainly South Tyrolean specialities and a crisp salad buffet.
